Who do you host?
We welcome a variety of guests, many of whom are working professionals. This includes travel nurses, remote workers, corporate travelers, and other business professionals. Stays can range from just a few days to several months, depending on their work assignments and travel schedules.


What fee or percentage do you take?
We don’t take a fee or percentage from your rent. Instead, we agree on a fixed rental amount that fits our business model, ensuring you receive guaranteed, on-time payments. Any additional revenue generated beyond that is simply part of our operations.
What measures are in place to protect our apartment unit?
We take multiple measures to ensure your unit remains in excellent condition. Every guest undergoes a thorough screening process before arrival, and we set clear, enforceable rules—such as strict no-party policies. Additionally, we install a decibel monitor to detect excessive noise, allowing us to address any issues immediately. If needed, a team member will intervene and remove the guest. However, due to our careful screening process, such incidents are extremely rare.
